YouMP3, REImage, and MAPA Acatlán (collectively, the “Apps”), developed by Evgamers LLC – mayaBreaStudio, respect and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile applications.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide voluntarily (such as your email when you contact us).
• Data required for core functionality (such as media access, if applicable).

3. App Permissions
If the Apps request permissions (e.g., internet access, media access), these are used solely to enable the intended features and never for
unrelated purposes.

3.1 AI Image Processing (ReImage only):
When you use ReImage's AI enhancement feature, the photo you select is uploaded to our own backend server, which acts as an intermediary. Our server forwards the image to a third-party AI service (Replicate, running the real-esrgan model) to perform the upscaling process, then returns the enhanced result to your device. The image is used solely for this purpose and is not stored permanently on our server or by the third-party service beyond the time required to complete processing. We do not use your photos to train AI models. All processed results are saved locally on your device only; ReImage does not use accounts, logins, or cloud storage of any kind. The developer covers all costs associated with this third-party service — you are never charged.

4. Third-Party Services

• The Apps may include third-party tools or services (such as analytics or advertising). These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
• ReImage uses Replicate, a third-party AI infrastructure provider, solely to perform image upscaling. No other third-party services are used for AI processing in any of the Apps.

5. Data Retention & Security

• We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
• For ReImage, images are transmitted through our server to Replicate for processing (typically a few seconds) and are not retained afterward by either party.

6. Children’s Privacy

• Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowinglycollect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the updated date clearly indicated.
